Cancellation fees vary according to the selected rate.

For flexible rates, cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival is permitted. In this case, the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used at any Hotiday hotel.
Balance is due 5 days before arrival. During the last 5 days prior to arrival, any cancellation will not result in a refund.

For non-refundable rates, any cancellation will not result in a refund.
